John Lyon
Managing Director
John has been the Managing Director of ICS for the past 4 years. He is a qualified accountant with over 20 years experience in a number of sectors, including Finance, Logistics, Recruitment and Contractors payroll.
The contracting sector has been John’s passion for the past 8 years and he has developed a portfolio of products for this market. He is a regular contributor to industry publications with a well respected knowledge of the sector.
John has held a number of Main Board Director positions with several organisations over the last 14 years and has a depth of experience of running companies. He maintains his success is mostly due to a strong service ethos and focusing on business growth through customer referrals and strategic partnerships.
Mark Gaywood
Director
Mark has significant commercial experience and was previously a main board Director of two International Banks, where he was responsible for the success of their core Banking, Investment and Fund Administration companies.
Having enjoyed a 20 year career in Financial Services, he has developed a select group of companies in the Property, Financial Services and Contracting sectors.
Mark plays an active role in helping shape the strategic direction of the company, given his broad background and strong understanding of the contracting sector.
Mike Haworth
Operations Director
Mike has been with ICS since 2008 and oversees our Finance and Operational teams. He has an accountancy background initially gained within the profession, attaining experience in accountancy and taxation including personal taxation.
He moved to industry several years ago as Financial Accountant for Companies within the Animal Feeds Industry and Construction before eventually moving to a major Aerospace Company.
Mike understands the specific needs contractors have, having contracted himself for 6 years as a Business Analyst within the Public and Private Sector prior to joining ICS. He has international experience having worked for a number of years in Europe and the Middle East.
